The GTOBase v1.22 update includes significant user interface (UI) improvements to enhance the user experience. The Strategy Viewer and overall app have undergone a redesign, taking into account many details. The number of app functions has also increased. New features include a “Players” report, a combined strategy view of preflop ranges for all positions, and a new filter for flops.
The update includes the following changes:
General
- New layouts, basic font, and basic color scheme have been changed to make the app clearer and easier to learn.
Viewer
- The navigation elements of the Strategy Viewer have been redesigned. It now has three top-level elements: “One player,” “Two players,” and “Reports.” Each top-level element has its own clear subnavigation.
- The actions bar has been significantly modified. It is now placed under the matrix, and the number of combos in absolute values is shown for each action.
- The strategy navigation bar is now more lightweight. The selector for the library, spot, and effective stacks has been moved from the bottom node navigation.
- A component has been added that represents a short game line. This line reflects the sequence of selected nodes and is always visible to the user. The board can also be changed using this line.
- The replayer table has been simplified. It no longer attracts much attention and allows you to quickly read game information.
- The “Players and Stacks” element shows the current stack for each player, active players, the pot at the start of the street, and the actual pot.
- The detail matrix now has two modes: a classic 4×4 representation (based on suit intersections) and an adaptive view, where three different layouts are used (2×2 for suited hands, 2×3 for pairs, and 4×3 for offsuit hands). Played%, EV, and equity values have been added to the matrix.
- Quick control icons have been added near the matrix, detailed display, and trace.
- The general layout and element spacings have been modified.
- The switch between BB and % Pot in actions is now placed near the game tree navigation component.
Reports
- A new filter has been added for the Aggregated Flops report. It is now possible to select the highest, middle, and lowest cards.
- The Positions Report shows reactions for all players against the selected action at Preflop (by default, it shows the opening strategy for every player).
- A switch has been added between combined (all data in a single matrix) and separate (multiple matrices) views for Effective stacks and Position reports.
Hands
- A new report called “Players” has been introduced. It allows users to see how many hands with showdown were played for each player in HH (including opponents) and how many GTO errors were made. Data is shown in an aggregated way and for each street.
- New quick filters have been added: “Today,” “Week ago,” “Month ago,” and “Year ago” for the date filter (applied to the date when the hand was played, not uploaded).
- A new filter called “Postflop type” has been added.
Upload
- It is now possible to upload an entire folder (including nested folders).
